This Spicy Garlic Aioli is the perfect sauce to go with just about it anything. It is so simple but packs a punch. We love it on our burgers, as a dip for crispy veggies or as a sauce for our favorite proteins.
Why You Will Love This Recipe
This Spicy Garlic Aioli is such an easy sauce to pull together and it adds so much flavor to any dish. We love to enjoy this creamy aioli as a dip, spread or topping on so many recipes. I hope you love it as much as we do!
What You Need
- Mayo – use Tessemae’s or Primal Kitchen to keep this sauce Whole30 compliant
- Garlic
- Hot Sauce – Frank’s Red Hot is compliant, but I also love to use sriracha when I am not doing a round of Whole30
- Coconut Aminos – this is a soy sauce alternative and adds so much dimension to this sauce
- Paprika
Let’s Make Aioli
- Add all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, stir to combine
- Taste for seasoning and add salt/pepper as needed – the coconut aminos has salt, so be sure to taste before you add any seasoning.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
What to Serve it With
- We love it as a topping for Tuna Cakes – seriously, it is such a bomb combination
- On top of burgers – like my Caramelized Onion Stuffed Burgers
- As a dip for Pan Roasted Shish*to Peppers or Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Wow, this sauce is the bomb. I was looking for a keto friendly dipping sauce for cauliflower risotto balls. I made 1/3 of the recipe since it was for dipping, and 1/3 made plenty. I used Coconut Secret coconut aminos which is not salty. It was so delicious, I could eat it with a spoon! And it made my cauliflower risotto balls next level. This recipe is a keeper. I will try adding this to burgers and other things as well.Reply
This is freakin’ delicious!!!! Enough said 😀.Reply
This sounds delicious! Do you think it would work with vegan mayo?
Reply
Hi Hannah, I have not made this recipe with vegan mayo. But I have used vegan mayo in other recipes before and I think it would still be absolutely delicious, just maybe a little less thick. Let me know if you try it!Reply
Leave out the aminos. Too salty with them included. At least for us.Reply
I don’t care about Whole 30, so can I just use soy sauce instead of coconut aminos? Never ever heard of it. Or can I leave it out? It sounds weird with the other ingredients. But I could be wrong

How long do you think this keeps in the fridge?

It will last up to 5 days in the fridge 🙂Reply
Wow!Reply
Is there certain whole 30 approved mayo brands?
Reply
Yes, Primal Kitchen is one and I believe chosen foods has one. You really just have to read labels, most mayos have added sugars.Reply
Quick sauce to whip up and lots of flavor! Loved it!Reply
YAY! I love it too, it is pretty much good on anything 🙂Reply
